LIPRAB 20
Extinguishes Hyperacidity... Restores Comfort
It is a drug that is used for the treatment of conditions caused by acid. It is in a class of drugs called proton pump inhibitors or PPIs which block the production of acid by the stomach. It blocks the pump in the wall of the stomach that secretes acid into the stomach. By blocking the pump, the secretion of acid into the stomach is decreased, and this allows ulcers in the stomach and esophagus to heal.
INDICATIONS:
• Gastric ulcer (GU)
• Peptic ulcer disease (PUD)
• Maintenance of healing of erosive or ulcerative GERD
• Healing of erosive and ulcerative GERD
• Healing of duodenal ulcers.
• Treatment of symptomatic GERD
• Treatment of pathological hypersecretory conditions (Zollinger-Ellison syndrome)
• Helicobacter pylori eradication to reduce risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence

LIPRAB-DSR
It is the combination of rabeprazole and domperidone. It prevents the production of acid in the stomach. It reduces symptoms and prevents injury to the esophagus or stomach in patients with gastro esophageal reflux disease or ulcers. Rabeprazole is also useful in conditions that produce too much stomach acid such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and may also be used with antibiotics to get rid of bacteria that are associated with some ulcers. Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist with anti-emetic properties and does not readily cross the blood-brain barrier.
INDICATIONS:
GERD, heart burn, hyperacidity, reflux oesophagitis, regurgitation and flatulence, gastric and peptic ulcer.

SUCRALIP
Gastro-protection from occurrence and recurrence of Peptic Ulcers
Sucralip is a unique oral drug that is used for treating ulcers of the upper gastrointestinal tract. Its actions are entirely on the lining of the stomach and duodenum. It prevents acid, pepsin & bile from coming in contact with ulcer base and inhibits Hcl acid penetration and stops mucosal perforation.
INDICATION:
Duodenal ulcers
Reflux oesophagitis
Bile reflux
Chronic gastritis.

It prevents acid, pepsin & bile from coming in contact with ulcer base and inhibits Hcl acid penetration and stops mucosal perforation. Oxethazaine is an ideal G.I. anaesthetic agent and controls pain associated with ulcer.
INDICATIONS:
Duodenal ulcers
Reflux oesophagitis
Bile reflux
Chronic gastritis
Gastric ulcers

LIPRAB SUSP.
It is used for treating acid indigestion, heartburn, gas, and sour stomach. Magaldrate/simethicone suspension is an antacid and antiflatulent combination. The antacid works by neutralizing stomach acid and increasing the pH of the stomach. The antiflatulent works by breaking up gas bubbles, which makes gas easier to eliminate.
Indications:
This medicine is used to relieve excess gas in the stomach.
This medicine is used to treat heartburn and indigestion.
Antacids reduce stomach acid.
Simethicone relieves the pressure caused by gas.

PANTEST-40
It blocks the enzyme in the wall of the stomach that produces acid. By blocking the enzyme, the production of acid is decreased, and this allows the stomach and esophagus to heal.
INDICATIONS:
Pantoprazole is primarily indicated in conditions like Benign gastric ulcer, Duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, Duodenal ulcer associated with h. Pylori, Esophagitis, Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, Oesophagitis, Peptic ulcer, Prophylaxis of NSAID-associated gastric or duodenal ulcer and Zollinger-ellison syndrome,

PANTEST-D
This combination medication contains proton pump inhibitor and an antidopaminergic agent. Pantoprazole acts by selectively inhibiting the H+/K+-ATPase enzyme in the secretory canaliculus of the stimulated parietal cell. Domperidone stimulates GI activity by acting as a competitive antagonist at dopamine D2-receptors.
INDICATIONS:
Dyspepsia, GERD.
