It is a combination drug. It is used for lowering blood cholesterol levels. It belongs to a class of drugs called HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors. These drugs reduce cholesterol levels by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme that produces cholesterol in the liver. This drug lower blood total cholesterol as well as blood LDL cholesterol levels. Vitamin D is also used for conditions of the heart and blood vessels, including high blood pressure and high cholesterol. It is also used for diabetes, obesity, muscle weakness, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma and bronchitis.

TAME HYPERLIPIDEMIA before it obstructs the flow of life....

Torvaslip is used for the treatment of elevated total cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides and to elevate HDL cholesterol. Like other statins, this drug also prevents the production of cholesterol in the liver by blocking HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme that makes cholesterol.

Atorvastatin

Sardaylip belongs to a member of family of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs). Angiotensin formed in the blood by the action of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) is a powerful chemical that attaches to the angiotensin receptors. Angiotensin’s attachment to the receptors causes muscle cells to shorten and narrow the blood vessels (vasoconstrict), which leads to an increase in blood pressure (hypertension).Sardaylip blocks the angiotensin receptor.by blocking the action of angiotensin, Sardaylip widens blood vessels (vasodilate) and reduces blood pressure.

 

SARDAYLIP-H

Cardioqlip belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitors.ACE is important because it is an enzyme responsible for producing the chemical, angiotensin 2, which causes muscles in most arteries, including the arteries of the heart, to contract, thereby narrowing the arteries and elevating blood pressure. Cardioqlip lower blood pressure by reducing the production of angiotensin 2 thereby relaxing arterial muscle and enlarging arteries.This increases the flow of blood and oxygen to the heart,further improving the ability of the heart to pump blood.

 

CARDIOQLIP-H

 

Ramipril is a long-acting ACE inhibitor which is metabolised into the active metabolite ramiprilat. Ventricular hypertrophy is reversed and renal blood flow increased. In CHF (CHF), pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary capillary wedge pressure are reduced. Cardiac function is improved. Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic. It increases excretion of Na and chloride in approx equiv amounts. Natriuresis may be accompanied by some loss of K and bicarbonate. The rationale behind this combination is that these have a synergistic effect in lowering BP and offer an advantage of once-daily dosing convenience.

It belongs to a class of drugs called nitrates. contlip correct the imbalance between the flow of blood and oxygen to the heart and the work that the heart must do by dilating(widening) the arteries and veins in the body. Dilation of the veins reduces the amount of blood returning to the heart so that the heart does less work and requires less blood and oxygen. Dilation of the arteries also lowers the pressure in the arteries against which the heart must pump. As a consequence, the heart works less and requires less blood and oxygen. Contlip preferentially dilates blood vessels that supply the areas of the heart where there is not enough oxygen thereby delivering oxygen to the heart tissue that needs it most.

This drug is used for the treatment of congestive heart failure, and high blood pressure. spironolactone is a potassium sparing diuretic and torsemide is a loop diuretic.they work by causing the kidneys to increase the amount of salts, such as potassium and sodium which are filtered out of the blood and into the urine. This decreases the volume of fluid circulating through the blood vessels and subsequently decreases the pressure within the blood vessels.
